Community Standards Coordinator

Kelsie is Devonshire’s Community Standards Coordinator, working with homeowners to protect property values and maintain the community’s curb appeal. A Dallas native with years of property management experience, she brings both expertise and enthusiasm to her role at Devonshire.

Administrative Coordinator

Giselle is Devonshire’s Administrative Coordinator, supporting residents by ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed with care. Originally from Panama and fluent in Spanish, she combines professional dedication with a warm touch that helps build strong community connections.

Aaron Marquez

Community Standards Coordinator

Aaron is part of Devonshire’s Community Standards team, working with Kelsie and homeowners to protect property values and enhance the community’s appearance. With a background in Maintenance, he brings hands-on knowledge and a strong commitment to keeping Devonshire a beautiful place to live.

Ken Stetson

Maintenance Technician

With 20+ years of maintenance experience, Ken brings a wealth of knowledge to Devonshire. Whether it is picking up trash, fixing the basketball hoops or installing new dog stations, you can find Ken working hard to make Devonshire a great place to live.

Patricia Saldivar

Front Desk Coordinator

Patricia has 20 years of customer service experience in the banking industry, bringing problem-solving skills and relationship-building to Devonshire. she is a people-person who loves coffee, pilates, and running.

Drew Wilkens

Board Member

Drew is a Devonshire board member and longtime advocate for community safety. With 7 years in law enforcement and experience as an Airport Board Member and President, he brings valuable skills in governance, budgets, and project management. Dedicated to representing residents, Drew plays an active role in supporting Devonshire’s growth and vitality.
